Suppliers
K2 GLOBAL UKRAINE welcomes cooperation with manufacturers, authorised representatives, and wholesale suppliers.
We consider proposals for automotive parts, lubricants, automotive chemicals, and related products. We are open to discussing supply opportunities and brand development in the Ukrainian market.
We are interested in long-term relationships with clear commercial terms, transparent product sourcing, and convenient data exchange.
Products We Are Interested In
- Automotive parts: parts and components for vehicle maintenance and repair.
- Consumables: filters, brake components, belts, and other regularly purchased products.
- Oils and lubricants: engine and transmission oils, greases, and specialist products.
- Technical fluids: coolants, brake fluids, and other fluids for automotive systems.
- Automotive chemicals and car care: cleaning, care, and protection products for consumer and professional use.
- Related automotive products: products that complement our core range.
If your category is not listed but is relevant to the automotive market, send us your proposal. We will consider it individually.
Ways to Work Together
Depending on the products and the capabilities of both parties, we are open to discussing:
- Direct supply from manufacturers.
- Cooperation with authorised importers and distributors.
- Regular wholesale purchasing and supply of specific product categories.
- Product range expansion and the introduction of new product lines.
- Brand representation and development on agreed terms.
Sales territories, volumes, pricing policy, marketing support, and other terms are discussed individually.
What Matters in a Partnership
- Product sourcing. A transparent supply chain and the ability to provide supporting documents.
- Quality and documentation. Products that meet their stated specifications, with required documentation and information on safe use.
- Up-to-date information. Accurate prices, stock levels, delivery times, and product details.
- Agreed logistics. Clear arrangements for dispatch, packaging, order fulfilment, and shipment documentation.
- Claims handling. A defined process for warranty claims, returns, and discrepancies.
- Business communication. A designated contact person and timely notification of changes to terms.
What to Include in Your Proposal
To help us assess the opportunity, we recommend providing:
- Your company name, country of registration, website, and a brief business overview.
- Your role: manufacturer, authorised representative, importer, distributor, or wholesale supplier.
- A list of brands and product categories, a catalogue, or a product presentation.
- A price list specifying the currency, tax treatment, and price validity period.
- Information about product availability, warehouse locations, and dispatch lead times.
- Minimum order value, pack quantities, and other restrictions.
- Proposed payment, delivery, warranty, and return terms.
- Your contact person's name, job title, telephone number, and email address.
Basic information is sufficient at the initial stage. We will request additional documents and details as discussions progress.
Price Lists and Product Data
For an initial review, a price list in XLSX or CSV format is convenient. Ideally, include the brand, part number, product name, price, currency, available quantity, and estimated delivery lead time.
Additional useful information includes barcodes, specifications, packaging, weight, dimensions, images, and product fitment. For oils and technical fluids, include specifications, approvals, and pack volume.
File transfer methods, data formats, price and stock update frequency, and the possibility of API integration are agreed separately.
If you provide descriptions, images, or other materials for publication, please specify their permitted uses and available language versions.
